Helen is accountable for all transformational change at Heathrow. She leads a team to deliver integrated solutions utilising all the change levers available – process, people, technology and infrastructure. She is accountable for delivering Heathrow’s 6 strategic programmes – c£4bn of investment over 5 years – covering a range of projects from asset management, airport efficiency through to our multi-year programme to achieve our carbon reduction targets and wider sustainability goals.
She is also accountable for procuring all of Heathrow’s suppliers to, not only deliver products and services to the operation, but to contribute to our strategic goals of sustainability, diversity and inclusion and innovation. She is accountable for the day to day operation of Heathrow’s vast technology estate and cyber defence. Helen has spent her entire career in aviation, with the majority of time delivering construction projects, transforming Heathrow for the benefit of the 80m passengers travelling through the airport each year.
