Charlotte manages Arup’s relationship with Heathrow Airport. She works within the Advisory team at Arup with a background in Operations Consultin; designing and implementing materials handling system such as Baggage Handling.
Charlotte has worked at Heathrow extensively over the past twenty years, for Arup and Heathrow directly. From early career involvement in the design of trolley logistics in T5 to Baggage Development Manager, Charlotte is enjoying her current wider role as relationship manager across the full spectrum of disciplines that Arup are proud to deliver at Heathrow. This includes primarily the appointment as Programme Designers for the Commercial Revenue Programme, as well as commissions on Decarbonisation of the Heat Network, Baggage, Security, Surface Access, Airspace Modernisation, Airfield modelling, various other Advisory roles
