Adrian is the Commercial Director for the Mace Infrastructure business unit. He joined Mace in 2006 and for the past 14 years he has led the commercial and contractual aspects of numerous UK airport projects. These include the fit-out of Heathrow Airport Terminal 4 Qatar Airways first class lounge, Terminal 4 Departure Lounge refurbishment, various Terminal 5 reconfiguration projects, as well as Birmingham Airport Terminal extension and Gatwick Pier 6 extension.
Adrian has been vital in delivering projects across our airport frameworks (both Heathrow and Gatwick). He is currently overseeing 56 live projects on one of our largest frameworks. He has key experience as commercial lead within pre-construction and delivery stages. He is responsible for all commercial contracting aspects, including supply chain, procurement, risk, and all matters legal.
Adrian is a proactive team member and believes a project’s success is dependent on the quality of procurement, with the appropriate risk apportionment at contract stage between all parties. His open cooperative approach promotes a collaborative team working ethic, throughout all stages of projects.
He ensures accurate and thorough procurement of packages, as well as emphasising the importance of forming strong working relationships within the project team to ensure clients gain certainty in cost, delivery, and programme.
