NATS is the UK’s leading provider of air traffic control services. In a typical year we handle over 2.5 million flights and 250 million passengers travelling over the UK and across the North Atlantic from our two operational centres in Swanwick and Prestwick.
In addition to operating the UK airspace, we provide air traffic services at 14 UK Airports, including Heathrow Airport. Operating from Heathrow’s iconic ATC Tower NATS controls all aircraft taking off, landing and moving around the airfield. As part of that we also provide Engineering services to operate, maintain and replace equipment on the airfield that is required to provide air traffic services at Heathrow.
We offer technology services to customers including airports, airlines, air traffic service providers and governments, across Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
